On the road edition

As I’ve mentioned a bunch of times now, I am away in the DC area teaching and doing bakery tourism, including a visit to bagel joint Call Your Mother, as depicted in the excellent breakfast sandwich I had above. Because of this, I’m sending out a highly truncated Friday Bread Basket, with just one item. But it is a good one, worth featuring prominently (h/t to my pal Sarah, who first sent it my way):
