Monday (N)open Thread 6/13/22

I’m off to NYC tomorrow on some bread-related business (including getting to hang out with a few bread friends IRL for the first time), so I won’t be posting again until Friday at the soonest. But I’ll be documenting what I’m up to down there and will be sharing lots of it with you eventually, so stay tuned for that. And I have a backlog of things to in the works for next week and beyond.
