I just finished a GIANT pile of big freelance projects and am going to spend the next couple of days trolling thrift stores for photography props, visiting a friend at her bakery, and working on the next couple of recipes for this here newsletter (100% whole-wheat sandwich loaf! Chocolate-cherry sourdough bread! Sourdough challah!).
