I meant to have the link to my upcoming flatbreads class ready before this morning’s email went out, but failed at that, so apologies for the extra one today. I hope you’ll sign up for the class, it’s going to be a good one!
Edit: Since the link is only available in the email, here is the description and a new link:
Pita is the baguette of flatbreads: If you haven't had a freshly-baked one, you have no idea just how wonderful they can be. Better yet, unlike baguettes, pita is a snap to make, and from a wide variety of dough formulas (it's even a great way to use up extra pizza dough balls!). Join me for a 90-minute class that will give you all the tips and tricks you need to make superlative pita at home, both sourdough and yeasted.
We'll also cover a new method for making paper-thin lavash using the same dough, along with pita and lavash crackers, and a recipe for an Armenian spiced walnut dip, perfect for pairing with your flatbreads.
There'll be plenty of time after class for Q&A, and a class recording will be provided to all students within 3 days after it occurs.

Can't make the class 2º work commitments. Would be a great option to have these recorded for future viewing ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
