No Basket Today 12/17/21

I’m working frantically to get three more recipes out to you all ASAP, so I’m going to skip today’s bread basket. I might squeeze one more in before the end of the year, since I do have a nice backlog of links still to share.

In the meantime, stay tuned for:

• The za’atar ba’abka, which should drop later today.

  

• The pumpakryddbullar, which will drop by Monday, once I have time to shoot some shaping videos. (Possibly sooner.)

  

• And the chocolate-cherry-sourdough, the hydration of which I haven’t quite nailed down. Monday at the latest for this one too.

• In case you want to shop for any or all of these recipes in advance, I will upload the ingredient lists for all three later today, so keep an eye on the website. I’ll email links to the posts once the recipes are complete.
