Monday Mix 9/11/23

Happy Mondays, everyone. Just a quick note to start the week. I’ve got a preview of  ‘s new book to share Africana later this week, and I’m doing an interview with a leading expert in “open crumb” sourdough baking later today that I am excited to share with you all soon.
