Monday Mix 3/13/23

Happy Mondays, everyone. Hope you all had a nice weekend. I tested and/or photographed a bunch of recipes, including the lahmajun pictured above, which are for an upcoming Serious Eats recipe. And I finished up the recipes for my upcoming  workshop at Sofra, the new ones of which—tahinov hats and nazook—I will share here soon.

As for this week, I’m not sure what we have. I had something scheduled for Wednesday, but we might instead have a rare Tuesday guest post for Pi Day instead! So stay tuned, and see you then.
