No email this week (other than this one), since I spent the last few days working up an index to all the ones I’ve already sent. Cataloging the past 9 months has given me an opportunity to discover quite how productive I’ve been, which is more than I realized! I’ve shared 25 recipes, and more than 35 instructional posts, including 5 on pizza and 6 on sourdough starters (fitting for a newsletter that launched thanks to a tiny-but-mighty one).

I’ve got loads more in store, including some recipes I’m working on this week, so thanks for joining me on this ride so far. I hope the index makes finding all the goods a lot easier than it has been up to now.
