Baguettes sans Peur Workshop

Hello all! -

I hope you had and are having wonderful holiday celebrations & getting much-needed time off from work. Just a last gentle reminder, my Baguettes Sans Peur—Baguettes Without Fear—class is happening tomorrow, 12/28 at 1pm EST, and there’s plenty of room for everyone to join. I’m finishing up the handout and making doughs all day today, and am excited to teach tomorrow. Hope to see you there! (And if you cannot make it tomorrow, the class will be available for purchase and streaming after the fact.)
