I love these year-in-review roundups! Super proud to be a part of this community and learn from you and everyone here. So excited for the book development next year+ !! Thanks for your passion and dedication, Andrew. I hope you have a well-deserved winter and holiday break! Yes! Three thoughts: Please do more online classes when you can. I’ve missed those. The English muffin bread recipe—a great bread! The faux ‘njuda—you’ve mentioned going more vegetarian. Any chance for a plant based (but not faux meat inclusive) version in the works? I’ve been very curious about this. The Bread Baker’s Pocket Guide is super, by the way.
