Yes! Three thoughts: Please do more online classes when you can. I’ve missed those. The English muffin bread recipe—a great bread! The faux ‘njuda—you’ve mentioned going more vegetarian. Any chance for a plant based (but not faux meat inclusive) version in the works? I’ve been very curious about this. The Bread Baker’s Pocket Guide is super, by the way.
