I just grabbed Anything’s Pastable and can’t wait to dig in! Things get crazy during the summer with our mobile pizzeria and the farmer’s market so Marcella Hazan’s tomato sauce is in regular rotation due to its simplicity.
My favourite that I make all the time (and can't live without!) is ramen with various veg/tofu/egg toppings. This time I made it with homemade sundried tomato miso, with soy pickled shiitakes. Possibly a weird combo but it worked for me :))
What great company to be in! Thank you so much, Andrew, for your kind words about Pasta Every Day and for featuring it in Wordloaf. I'm so glad we got to meet in person last year and hope we can collaborate more in the future!
Really enjoy your posts on new cookbooks, much appreciated! Current fave around here is pasta with sausage, broccolini and chickpeas - with a little preserved lemon. Would love a copy of "Pasta Every Day" if I get lucky!
Made a surprisingly good pasta with burst cherry tomatoes, broccolini, shrimp, feta, and a literal blanket of mint, cilantro, and basil in twenty minutes after work one day. Reminded me how simple/quick can be as gratifying as project cooking.
I recently made Dan Pashman's Shells with Miso Butter and Scallions as shared on The Splendid Table.

I'd love a copy of the book :)
I love making then giant ravioli with a ring of spinach and ricotta and an egg in the middle served in a sage butter sauce. YUM!
Cacio e pepe in Rome a couple weeks ago! Can’t live without it!
Honestly my go to pasta recipe lately is “that viral feta pasta thing” that I learned from Kenji Lopez-Alt’s youtube. It’s so easy, it’s so good!

Fresh pasta with ramps. So simple, so good.
From my favorite Italian restaurant- sacchetti with sage browned butter. In the fall they served it over a butternut squash purée- it was amazing!!
My fiancé made a sauce with cherry tomatoes and garlic when I was too tired to make dinner and it was delicious!
My recent favorite was garlic Parmesan bucatini with seared sea scallops. We'd be really interested in Pasta Every Day if luck is coming our way.
Thanks!
You won the copy of PED! (After I had to pick a second winner.) Email me with an address please!
Finally made my own fettuccine with Calabrian meatballs poached in a simple but delicious sauce. Absolutely worth the effort

Sausage and rapini . An all time favorite

Yes, I can't wait!
I made the Keema Bolognese in Anything’s Pastabale, so amazing!
