The Flavour Thesaurus books are brilliant - I read both front to cover and continue dipping into them from time to time as they are both useful but also so enjoyable to read!
I guess I need to read some of these books that have been right under my nose (spilling off of our shelves, stacked on our floor and counters, tucked into the corners of our bathroom, etc. etc. etc.)! :)
