Andrew, thank you for featuring Annie today and Annie, thank you for sharing your recipes. I did a search for your forthcoming book and couldn't find it anywhere. I've been wanting to incorporate more whole grains into my baking so I'm looking forward to picking up a copy. When and where will I be able to buy it?

What a great and relatable read as a cottage baker/parent - I too imagine other cottage bakers being way more organized than is realistically possible.

Excited to try these recipes!! If I can’t find kamut, do you have any other recommended flours?

I haven't tried them, but I suspect buckwheat and durum would also be delicious in the cookies!

What Annie said, but also the book 'Mother Grains,' by Roxana Julapat is an excellent resource on how to swap out various whole grain flours in all sorts of products, including cookies!

Great call! 'Mother Grains' is a wealth of knowledge on whole grains and also baking in general.

What a delightful read and a great reminder that perfection in the kitchen is not where it’s at. I’ve watched these cookies in the works on Annie’s insta stories many times and have longed to make something like them-thank you so much for sharing!
