Can I use oat flour? Would be lower in protein but might work.

Prepared the loaf with sprouted oat flour and sprouted oats for garnish. It is delicious. Moist and tender. Makes great sandwiches and toast. Wanted to send a photo but could not. Thanks for the great formula.
