I’m already signed up, but focaccia would be a great addition. I made your other sourdough focaccia recipe about 10 days ago. Super delicious. Happy to learn yet another focaccia recipe. Plus, of course, the pizza al taglio.

Ditto already signed up but would love the focaccia in addition to the pizza -- the last focaccia I made (not yours) was dense and blah -- I think it needed some hydration.

I am interested but not sure I can make the date. Also, I am very interested in learning about the Focaccia we had when we visited Genoa, Italy a few years ago. It was lovely and light and seems different than what is usually offered in the US as focaccia.

Would like to see the new focaccia, but I think two new recipes in one session might be a bit much. I've made your other one and loved it. I haven't signed up for pizza al taglio due to a scheduling conflict.

Ok. I have been swamped with work but saw your note. I have signed up. I felt like I make a pretty good focaccia and pizza but let’s do it - I always learn new things from these classes.
