Wow, volunteer to take on part of your workload for two+ months? That's one heck of a friend Andrew. We should all be so lucky. I look forward to reading Amy's take on bread.

Oh me, oh my!! What a priceless friend you are. ❤️. Andrew makes me feel special by opening his arms and knowledge with his Breaducation. I have learned multiple techniques that have improved my bakes therefore amping up my confidence. I’m super excited to continue to learn thru you two master bakers. You add a strong link to this chain that links our hearts (love of baking). Thank you !!

Glad to have you fill in, Amy, and allow Andrew time to finalize his manuscript for the book. As readers, subscribers and test cooks, we will wait patiently for Andrew to return. Book babies and bread babies are hard work.

Welcome! But certainly you don't really need much of an introduction because I bet most of us on this blog know who you are. Wow! What friendship! What kindness! And how luck are we to have the opportunity to now learn from you too?! I love the card from the bakery game. Where did you EVER find that??
