Really intrigued by the reference book — especially the variety of levain builds. Most guides and books I’ve read keep to a pretty standard starter feed/levain ratio, and only since I started shifting that have I seen the results I’ve been looking for in bread timing.
Your Baker’s Pocket Reference made me think of my “The Quilter's Pocket Reference Guide,” purchased in 1994, which I still love. So I think you’re on to something. I would definitely buy a copy. Also, definitely up for your new focaccia recipe. And Lukas Volger’s Snacks for Dinner has lots of great recipes—great choice.
The pocket guide is a concept that's long overdue, certain to be an invaluable tool! I plan to order a couple for my baker friends. l for and my iPad will thank you.

Excited for the reference book and will preorder when that opens. 🍞
Definitely interested in the reference book.
I am definitely in for the pocket reference!
Actually, make that two, I'll get one for my sister as well!
An extra copy for my brother would be nice. Well done.
Count me in on the pocket book reference guide.
Definitely interested.
Yes to the focaccia recipe and yes to the pocket reference book.
Keep up the good work and good ideas!
I'll definitely be down for the pocket reference.
Yes, please!

I'd love one! Great idea.
Pocket reference sounds great! And “snacks for dinner” is my favorite mode of eating, so I’ll definitely check out that book.
Yes to pocket reference!
