I have the Nordic Ware sheet and cake pans with the lids and use them all the time, especially when proofing pizza, focaccia, English muffins, buns etc. Added bonus is the lid for the sheet pan also fits on top of my Lloyds Grandma style pizza Pan too. These lids eliminate the use of wasteful plastic wrap which is so bad ...... I can't recommend these pans enough!
Andrew, my heart breaks for those ethnic Armenians in their struggles to stay in their homeland. It's painful to read about another tragic event where people have no choice but to flee from their homes and homeland or face possible persecution. I wish them all safe passage to Armenia. As sad as this story is, I appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
