Thanks for the headsUp on the Netflix series: wow. Also the horse bread history lesson? Never heard of it. Phyllo tips is awesome...will try some of the suggestions. How do you find all this cool stuff to share? I am constantly amazed by what you find to share. Thanks A.

I love the Netflix series mentioned. I already started a partial binge watch. What is missing from here is instructional method and technique in achieving the results. I would not only love to try these pizzas, but I am mostly interested in the dough formulas. I never knew about baker's lung before! That worried my husband, but I told him I don't bake in high production mode.

We should still bake for horses. They are beautiful animals, and they deserve treats. Why not dog bread and cat bread too?
