Definitely interested in hearing more about how to use masa harina in bread-- I have actually used it for the porridge in a corn + poppy seed sourdough but not sure I added enough to taste the flavour :)

Also, it's interesting reading about the conchas because I grew up eating 'pineapple buns' which to me seems so similar...
