Chop about 100g of cheddar cheese into cubes and cut 8 to 10 medium-to-large strawberries into slices and set in a colander to strain. Make a classic country loaf recipe as you normally would, but with about 55 to 60 percent hydration as the strawberries will add a lot of liquid. Mix the dough, and on your first fold, repeatedly fold in the strawberry slices and about 1/3 of the cheddar chunks until the dough somewhat comes together. (It'll be messy, don't be intimidated.) During your half-hour folds, add in the cheddar chunks in thirds, and keep squishing the strawberries back in if they pop out. It will come together eventually! Bake as normal. :)"
I appreciated you sharing this information about and easy way to take progressive action on the USDA call for public comments on America's supply chains. Thank you!
Getting pretty frustrated here. I AM a subscriber. Tried replying to emails and they don’t go through (or have you received them?) - I just get error messages: “ Your comment didn't go through”
Again, I’m not looking to be difficult, but I really would appreciate a more helpful response.
Is the recipe for that strawberry & cheddar bomb available? (I try to avoid IG/fb [ethics].)
No sorry, I suspect it was made by just winging it anyway
Uffda, it looked good! Thanks for responding so promptly!

Are you still offering free dried starter to subscribers?
If so, could I request some? I’ve lost that levain feeling …
Thanks!
BF - please email me directly about this!
Hi Andrew -
Not trying to be difficult here, but I have no direct email address for you.
Could you provide one?
Thanks!
