Flatbreads class - YES! There are so many versions of such a simple bread and I have made some myself. But there is a balloon flatbread sprinkled with sesame and nigella at our favorite Mediterranean/Turkish spot in Troy, NY, to eat with an assortment of delicious meze that I would like to recreate at home. Theirs is baked in an open wood burning (I think) oven. Of course it quickly deflates. But we love it! M’semen is another flatbread I’d like to attempt.
love it!
Any idea where I might find a formula for the sweet mustard bread referenced in the article about Bogdan?
I’d love to know this too. I have searched, to no avail.
Would I need to make any time or temperature adjustments to bake the Ukrainian country loaf in a Challenger bread pan?
1PM EST for the workshop ?
