Re requests, as a former New Yorker now on the west coast with no access to a fancy pizza oven, I'm always trying to replicate tasty pizza at home. I'd love a well-tested sheet pan grandma pie recipe, ideally sourdough-based. Or a tutorial on handling/shaping super soft dough without totally destroying/degassing it. But really anything pizza-related is gonna be dope. Excited to see what's in store!
