Just a general question... Recently came across a jar of PISTACHIO CREAM at Greek store in Queens! Any ideas on how to use this? I didn't buy but was intrigued! Thanks

Hi Gary, that's a great question & it sent me on a small detour digging around. I'm just learning about it but have found it used in Italian recipes, and found recipes for making it at home. Looks like the paste is lightened with whipping cream to fill sweets. If you get some and start using it, let us know!
