Wishing your former colleagues all the best in this union drive. And had to smile that you’re still in the heads of management there. Impressive.

BTW I regularly refer to your work here on the Members ATK FB group. 😀 Most recently pizza dough and focaccia. Love this news and I hope all of the talented folks there are successful in their journey.

You’re on the blacklist! Congrats? Someone high enough up must have read or heard about your recounting of what happened with the newsletter and how you ended up leaving and really wants to distance themselves from you. Very unfortunate, it just keeps making them look worse and worse. But means that what you’re doing is consequential enough to be noticed (and feared)! Could your friend post it on their own blog or newsletter (and then you can link to it after the fact, haha?

I love seeing another inspiring story of successful unionization. Congratulations to all of the ATK staff who have worked so hard to make this happen! And sorry you continue to be the target of this ongoing pettiness. :/

I used to think it was all Kimball all the time there, but that's only because of some lousy experiences I had ages ago, in the late 90s. Apparently the craziness of everyone's ideas being chattel for the Company to control is just, well, bosses being Bosses. Good lord just what hell is wrong with people? Is it too much to ask that they just be decent to the people that do ALL of the work that generates their profits?
