Andrew! My goodness, thanks for being my bready brother and matey in the Glutamates. Maybe it’s our time in life and what’s going on in the environment, but it makes so much sense to double down on exploring and celebrating plants. We don’t have to eat no meat, just less. It’s delicious, nutritious and fun!
Greatly appreciate your making space in Wordloaf for my new book baby and Viet ways with vegetables. 🥰
Ive bought a lot more books since subscribing here, but I bought this book from Burlap and Barrel and a few spices to go along with it including the Five Spice blend and I bought the Kindle version as well to have in the kitchen... It is definitely a beautiful book. I haven’t had a chance to cook from it yet but watched a presentation on grilled shrimp and mango rice-paper rolls that looks like a delicious place to start. Plus there are several “pantry secrets” that look like great things to have on hand for any cooking!

Love this book and its author! Come through on your book tour soon, it's been too long.
I'd love to get to Boston. Lan Lam and I were just talking about you!
Everything looks and sounds so delicious, I can't wait to try some of these! ☺️
